Formerly a rectory, Bracken House has
been converted into a small hotel
without losing the general ambiance of a
country house. It is delightfully
situated in its own little world of
eight peaceful acres, with streams and
ponds. The garden attracts lots of birds
regular nuthatches, housemartins,
ravens, occasional woodpeckers, buzzards
circling overhead, and elusive wild
tawny owls.
